Regulating the Wine Cellar Temperature
To keep the entire wine cellar at the same temperature, set the thermostat to run the supply fan
continuously, and not just when there is a call for cooling. Set Fan switch to ON instead of
AUTO.
Changing the Air Flow Direction
The grilles furnished with Wine Guardian are single directional, but the wine cellar airflow can
be directed manually by setting the louvers behind the plastic panel to the desired direction. You
must first remove the 2 screws at the bottom of the plastic front panel to gain access to the
louvers.

High voltages are present in the cabinets. Turn off all power. Use the Lockout/Tagout
procedure before removing end panels or cover.

SHARP EDGES ARE PRESENT ON THE FAN WHEELS, HOUSEING, INS AND COILS.
Maintenance on Wine Guardian system requires working with high voltage and sheet metal
with possible sharp edges. Only qualified personnel should perform maintenance. Some
tasks require knowledge of mechanical and electrical methods. Make sure you are familiar
with all hazards, general safety related procedures, and safety labels on the system
